Trouble creating an account

I ended up finding a contact email and using it. I got a response from that, but I screwed around with trying to get in touch with hers for a couple of days.

When I tried to create an account yesterday, my phone number was flagged as belonging to someone elses account. When I called to resolve it, I had to enter my phone number which flex the person machine on the other end. And we couldnt get past that so I hung up.

EXPIRED MEDICATION

I recently received a prescription for topiramate, which contains a total of 300 tablets. The prescription label states the medication expires on November 19, 2025, while my initial prescription of topiramate is valid until July 9, 2025.

As I take 2 tablets per day, 300 tablets will last 150 days. However, there are only 132 days between July 10, 2025, and the listed expiration date. This means the current supply would expire before I can finish the entire quantity, resulting in wasted medication and financial loss. I requested a refill and it was denied.

They said I would receive my next order before the medication would expire, which is missing the point.

The point is it is a waste of money to receive medication that will expire before you are able to use it. When customer service was supposed to transfer me to a manager, she actually hung up on me.

They should accept a return and reship product that won’t expire. 18 days of topirimate isn’t a $650 loss.

You are being ripped off big time. That medication strength and quantity sells for around $375 elsewhere.

Worst customer service EVER!

They (HERS) never sent me enough semiglutide to maintain 46 ml injections nearing the end of the 6mo mark. When I texted my support contact Sophia, it took her 5 days to get back to me.

They tell you in no uncertain terms to interrupt or miss an injection yet they dont care if you run out before your 6 month supply. They said THEY WERE UNABLE TO ADJUST MY PRESCRIPTION EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES who originally prescribed it! What a joke! If you are determined to use Ozempic etc, I suggest you do so thru your doctor and get it paid for thru your insurance!

The convenience of home delivery isnt worth it!

They promise you the world but cant even provide you with the very product they prescribe even if money is no object. Loser company!

Order received, had cancelled prescription

I got it. I'm sorry, but there's nothing she can do.

I'd like to resolve this, but clearly there's no process. I also asked to make sure I would never receive any more orders from them, and they said sorry, there's nothing they could do about that.

Go to some website. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I repeatedly emailed the company until FINALLY someone sent my message through to management and they refunded the $175.

Management was nice and apologetic.

However, everyone I dealt with previously was NOT helpful. I do not recommend getting involved with Hers.

Hers TOOK MONEY from my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, CONSENT, OR AUTHORIZATION!!! They renewed a 3 month subscription that I DID NOT sign up for!

Hers stole $175 from my bank account! Their customer service is non-existent!

Sure they have an app and an email address,and a phone number but you wont ever speak to anyone willing to help nor will you accomplish anything on the app! Save yourself the aggravation folks, this company is DISHONEST and CRIMINAL!

Was on the weight loss semaglutide with Ro at first then went to Hers because they were cheaper no $ for medical advice. We'll the advice wasn't very well followed thru when I had an issue they would get back to me 3 days later and didn't address my problem.

Never the same person. Many times read by someone who would speak to the physician and have them reach out.I wanted to continue the same dose as from Ro but they never address the issue which after 4 months they said they could give me a stronger dose but it would cost me more. I told them I wanted the same strength my first correspondence with them.It seems that my Plateau had been reached at 15 lbs loss. I already loss that with Ro.I feel that they should have listened to me and corrected my dose after the 1st month instead I spent $980 for 3 months more where I lost absolutely nothing.

It didn't help with the cravings or mind set of thinking about food. I think that they sell whatever they can to get people to buy it because they can't get or afford the real stuff legitimately. Really was hopeful but was let down again. I'm just not sure it's gonna be the same for everyone just guessing your prescription is filled where ever they choose.

Cheaper and easier to get. Don't bother trying to get your money back cause they don't guarantee their product. Some of the other ones do. My advice is if you go with them make sure your getting what your paying for I feel that I didn't.

My friend who I did this with also was disappointed too. I referred her so I feel responsible for her too

1) How does one get off of HERS once they have met their weight loss goal?

2) How does one get ahold of a doctor when they need them?

3) What if you start taking it and it does agree with your body , do we get our full return of the money we paid??? I havent started HERS yet ! Need more info .

The price difference of my medication was researched & problem solved. Customer service representative researched and found the reason for the price increase & corrected it.

They kept researching until the issue was resolved. It took more than five minutes but they listened to what I had to say & kept finding the cause & corrected it.

I cancelled future shipments bc after trying product, I had an allergic reaction! My cancellation of future shipments was not handled nor cancelled as requested was not processed.

I had the worst assistant who was supposed to advise me throughout the process! I never got any callbacks, and though I repeatedly asked for a customer service phone number, I never was furnished one.

Preferred solution: Please, refund me for 1/2 of the total spent AND please don’t send anything more-including solicitations & emails!No 2nd or ANY FUTURE DELIVERIES! If you’d be so kind I’d like my CANCEL date to be the original date I requested about 3 months ago..
