This company requires a lot for subscription and then you cant get out.
I recommend using a reputable firm with direct customer service. I will be reporting this firm and contacting my attorney.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I repeatedly emailed the company until FINALLY someone sent my message through to management and they refunded the $175.
Management was nice and apologetic.
However, everyone I dealt with previously was NOT helpful. I do not recommend getting involved with Hers.
Hers TOOK MONEY from my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, CONSENT, OR AUTHORIZATION!!! They renewed a 3 month subscription that I DID NOT sign up for!
Hers stole $175 from my bank account! Their customer service is non-existent!
Sure they have an app and an email address,and a phone number but you wont ever speak to anyone willing to help nor will you accomplish anything on the app! Save yourself the aggravation folks, this company is DISHONEST and CRIMINAL!

Never the same person. Many times read by someone who would speak to the physician and have them reach out.I wanted to continue the same dose as from Ro but they never address the issue which after 4 months they said they could give me a stronger dose but it would cost me more. I told them I wanted the same strength my first correspondence with them.It seems that my Plateau had been reached at 15 lbs loss. I already loss that with Ro.I feel that they should have listened to me and corrected my dose after the 1st month instead I spent $980 for 3 months more where I lost absolutely nothing.
It didn't help with the cravings or mind set of thinking about food. I think that they sell whatever they can to get people to buy it because they can't get or afford the real stuff legitimately. Really was hopeful but was let down again. I'm just not sure it's gonna be the same for everyone just guessing your prescription is filled where ever they choose.
Cheaper and easier to get. Don't bother trying to get your money back cause they don't guarantee their product. Some of the other ones do. My advice is if you go with them make sure your getting what your paying for I feel that I didn't.
My friend who I did this with also was disappointed too. I referred her so I feel responsible for her too

The price difference of my medication was researched & problem solved. Customer service representative researched and found the reason for the price increase & corrected it.
They kept researching until the issue was resolved. It took more than five minutes but they listened to what I had to say & kept finding the cause & corrected it.

Verified ReviewerI cancelled future shipments bc after trying product, I had an allergic reaction! My cancellation of future shipments was not handled nor cancelled as requested was not processed.
I had the worst assistant who was supposed to advise me throughout the process! I never got any callbacks, and though I repeatedly asked for a customer service phone number, I never was furnished one.
Preferred solution: Please, refund me for 1/2 of the total spent AND please don’t send anything more-including solicitations & emails!No 2nd or ANY FUTURE DELIVERIES! If you’d be so kind I’d like my CANCEL date to be the original date I requested about 3 months ago..

Verified ReviewerI think it's very misleading for weight loss medication kit
After seeing their commercial during halftime, I went back and forth, thinking about the weight loss pills. A gas, my own fault would be not doing the research for some reason.
I thought that it would be like fun found. Basically the shots but in pill form. I received the medicine kit and started taking it. The first few days I reached out to my care person and she informed me that if I felt a certain way I should stop taking them.
After paying almost four hundred dollars no way, so I continued to take them till about three weeks. But for some reason, I was in this brilliant, deep gray foggy area in my head. After doing some research, I found out it's basically for people with depression. I wasn't feeling well.
The medication was not really for me. And of course, there's no refunds, no nothing on these. So I say this to tell people, if you're thinking about the medication kit, it is nothing like the shots. I was on it for about four weeks going to the gym four times a week.
I'm changing my breakfast and lunch. And I have yet to lose a pound; the only thing I gained from it was a foggy head. Save your money. This is kind of like a scam.
I'm really disappointed in them. I feel like they falsely advertised you into believing that it's an alternative to the shots, and it's not.

Never received my shampoo and conditioner
I reported the issue to the Site Manage at the Cooperative that I live at. No one has seen the package containing the Shampoo and Conditioner.
That DHL said that they delivered. I can not belive the horrible custumer service that HRES has.

I called to inquire about the attempted 2nd charge after I had already paid for & received my meds. After a few minutes, the Customer Service representative said Ok, we can cancel your prescription.
I chose not to argue with her. Hers doesnt care; neither do I.

I only received the shampoo in my order not the conditioner. I explained the situation and had no problem getting it resolved.
She is sending the conditioner with no cost to me.
My representative was friendly and helpful. Very happy.
