I only received the shampoo in my order not the conditioner. I explained the situation and had no problem getting it resolved.

She is sending the conditioner with no cost to me.

My representative was friendly and helpful. Very happy.

Trying to pay for my order and now it says I don’t have an order

I just like to say how difficult you make it for someone to come back to their account and actually goes through the proceedings of ordering the GLP one I still have not been able to do that. I dont understand why it says Im still a customer, but I cant get back to my original account and everything stops me so your website sucks in my opinion Unless there is another way of doing things that I am not doing please respond

My order was due to arrive via FedEx on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and no delivery.

When I called FedEx they couldnt tell me where my order is might be at a hub, may be in a truck, we dont know
Hers wont issue a refund or send a new shipment. Very unsatisfied!

Have been waiting for my Product to ship for 6 days and not able to give me a timeline. Will just say that the pharmacy is backed up.

My husband did this through another company and had product in 2 days. A bit frustrating.
