Will not refund
Will not refund charge. I will have to now call my credit card company to dispute the charge of $395 and potentially take months to resolve.
User's recommendation: Do not use.

Verified ReviewerRefilled my prescription even after I told them it was making me suicidal
- - Weight Loss kit #5 was used for months, with a mental health crisis.
- - Care team told to stop meds, but auto-renew shipped and billed $690.
Update: hers gave me a 50% refund so now I am out $345. After letting me know they gave me half of my money back they immediately started trying to sell me on a different weight loss product.
Because it is on auto-renew and I didn't recall that from when I signed up 6 months earlier, my prescription shipped again and I was billed. Hers needs to give customers a heads up before they just ship out more product and bill people. They NEED to provide a warning. What is most disturbing to me is that even after telling my "care team" that the medication was making me depressed and I was having suicidal ideation, my prescription was still somehow approved.
They need to have a system in place where they can flag people who have expressed a mental health crisis.
Now I have a box of meds that make me depressed coming to my house and I am out $690. I called customer service and they said they can't do anything and they won't accept returns.
- Medication worked for weight loss
- Charge you without reminding you
- No system in place to flag people in crisis and cancel scripts
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: If you do use Hers, be sure to set a reminder for yourself before your refill date.

Verified ReviewerUnauthorized monthly charges my credit card.
- - Says they never signed up for a subscription or products.
- - Requests cancellation, stop charges, and full refund of unauthorized monthly charges.
Cancel the subscription I never signed up for and immediately stop charging my credit card! I never signed up for a subscription or purchased their products. I demand a full refund of all the unauthorized monthly charges.
- Scam
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: BEWARE!! Once you enter your credit card number, it's impossible to contact anyone at Customer Service. They've been charging my credit card for $1200.00 for over three months. I never signed up for a subscription or purchased their products.

- - The home page has no messaging about kick start your weight loss.
- - Customer service is almost as useless as the app.
There is nothing on the home page that says 'kick start your weight loss.' Calling the customer service is almost as useless as your app. I have complained multiple times about this on the website. As long as you keep sending me the meds, I really don't care if I talk to anyone or not.
- I get the meds
- App does not work
Preferred solution: An explanation of your app. I CANNOT LOG IN ANY INFORMATION AS OF YET.
Did not order
Did not order, do not bill my credit card. I have emailed and chatted multiple times, and I just received a message saying my order was on its way. Like I said, I do not want this order.
Preferred solution: I would like to return the product if it was receives it and cancel all future orders
Needles don’t load med
My needles will not load the meds. They either bend or fall off into the bottle or counter.
I have to waste medicine and lose needles because of the needles. Is there another needle I might try?
Preferred solution: Needles that load medicine into syringe
Payment
Not happy with customer service for the way of the billing so I choose not to deal with your company
User's recommendation: don’t use this company

Verified ReviewerTrouble creating an account
- - Phone number flagged as belonging to another account when creating an account; resolution over the phone failed and I hung up.
I ended up finding a contact email and using it. I got a response from that, but I screwed around with trying to get in touch with hers for a couple of days.
When I tried to create an account yesterday, my phone number was flagged as belonging to someone elses account. When I called to resolve it, I had to enter my phone number which flex the person machine on the other end. And we couldnt get past that so I hung up.

Verified ReviewerEXPIRED MEDICATION
- - Topiramate: 300 tablets expire Nov 19, 2025.
- - At 2/day, 300 tablets last 150 days; expiry is at 132 days.
- - Refill denied; customer service hung up.
I recently received a prescription for topiramate, which contains a total of 300 tablets. The prescription label states the medication expires on November 19, 2025, while my initial prescription of topiramate is valid until July 9, 2025.
As I take 2 tablets per day, 300 tablets will last 150 days. However, there are only 132 days between July 10, 2025, and the listed expiration date. This means the current supply would expire before I can finish the entire quantity, resulting in wasted medication and financial loss. I requested a refill and it was denied.
They said I would receive my next order before the medication would expire, which is missing the point.
The point is it is a waste of money to receive medication that will expire before you are able to use it. When customer service was supposed to transfer me to a manager, she actually hung up on me.
- Poor products
- Customer service unavailable
- Expired medication
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Do not waste your money - they provide medication that will expire before you are able to use it.

Verified ReviewerWorst customer service EVER!
- - Not enough semaglutide to cover 6 months.
- - Support response took 5 days.
- - They won't adjust the prescription and tell you to interrupt injections.
They (HERS) never sent me enough semiglutide to maintain 46 ml injections nearing the end of the 6mo mark. When I texted my support contact Sophia, it took her 5 days to get back to me.
They tell you in no uncertain terms to interrupt or miss an injection yet they dont care if you run out before your 6 month supply. They said THEY WERE UNABLE TO ADJUST MY PRESCRIPTION EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES who originally prescribed it! What a joke! If you are determined to use Ozempic etc, I suggest you do so thru your doctor and get it paid for thru your insurance!
The convenience of home delivery isnt worth it!
They promise you the world but cant even provide you with the very product they prescribe even if money is no object. Loser company!

I asked for a refill with a longer expiration period and was denied.
They keep telling me I will receive my next order before the expiration date, which is not the point.
The point is that I am unable to take all of the medication before the expiration date, thus wasting money. I called customer service and when they were going to transfer me to a manager, they hung up on me.

Verified ReviewerOrder received, had cancelled prescription
- - Told nothing could be done and there was no resolution process.
- - I asked to stop future orders, but they couldn't.
- - They advised to visit a website.
I got it. I'm sorry, but there's nothing she can do.
I'd like to resolve this, but clearly there's no process. I also asked to make sure I would never receive any more orders from them, and they said sorry, there's nothing they could do about that.
Go to some website. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don’t do business with them if customer service is important to you.

They should accept a return and reship product that won’t expire. 18 days of topirimate isn’t a $650 loss.
You are being ripped off big time. That medication strength and quantity sells for around $375 elsewhere.
