They charge and send you more than you can use in the time period before they send you another refill for an expensive amount (mine was over $1K). You're supposed to be able to cancel your subscription through the app and website, but I was not able to through either.
I messaged customer service but never heard back. I found a telephone number through this website and am trying to reach someone. I'm told it will be a 15-minute wait minimum to talk to a person.
Bad customer service unless you are giving them money. In that case, they are more than willing to respond to sign you up for more things.

I was told the first month was $39 or $39.99. I paid that amount.
Then I was told that I had to pay another $145 in order to start the program.
Since I was unable to pay that amount, I asked to cancel and to have my $39 refunded since I wasn't going to be joining. They told me they don't refund on cancellations.

- - Weight Loss kit #5 was used for months, with a mental health crisis.
- - Care team told to stop meds, but auto-renew shipped and billed $690.
Update: hers gave me a 50% refund so now I am out $345. After letting me know they gave me half of my money back they immediately started trying to sell me on a different weight loss product.
Because it is on auto-renew and I didn't recall that from when I signed up 6 months earlier, my prescription shipped again and I was billed. Hers needs to give customers a heads up before they just ship out more product and bill people. They NEED to provide a warning. What is most disturbing to me is that even after telling my "care team" that the medication was making me depressed and I was having suicidal ideation, my prescription was still somehow approved.
They need to have a system in place where they can flag people who have expressed a mental health crisis.
Now I have a box of meds that make me depressed coming to my house and I am out $690. I called customer service and they said they can't do anything and they won't accept returns.
