This website is horrible! No way to reach a person.
The chat is a joke. Someone will get back with you after 4 hours message. LMAO. Went through the whole process of signing up and putting in my payment info.
I was really excited to start losing weight cause exercise and diet alone were not doing it. And I'm apparently not fat enough for insurance to pay for the real deal. Then they send me an email saying my state requires a virtual dr. visit.
No problem, right? When you go to make appointment, there is nothing available. But it says to keep trying back another day. Days go by and still nothing available.
No phone # listed on website anywhere!! No way to cancel order online anywhere! I don't want my credit card charged for nothing. Finally found a phone # from another reviewer and got my order canceled.
If it's to good to be true, then avoid like the plague! Fyi, customer care # 1-80*-***-****.

Offered me a 50% refund, then finally 100% after I said I would contact the attorney general.
After I posted my detailed review, I called Hers per your suggestion. They offered a 50% refund but after I threatened to call the attorney general, they agreed to the full refund. I do not recommend using the doctors at this company's website, even though the person who finally granted the refund was nice.

I just like to say how difficult you make it for someone to come back to their account and actually goes through the proceedings of ordering the GLP one I still have not been able to do that. I dont understand why it says Im still a customer, but I cant get back to my original account and everything stops me so your website sucks in my opinion Unless there is another way of doing things that I am not doing please respond

Reimbursing a subscription that wasn’t used or shipped
Got recommended a Medication but then got changed to a different medication the same day. Was charged for the subscription that I wasnt using. Called customer service and they helped to get me reimburse the subscription and medication cost of the medication I wont be using!

I was prescribed topical minoxidil by one of their “doctors.” I asked questions and it was like pulling teeth. they failed to let me know it would leave a greasy residue requiring daily hair washing.
I’m a woman with long hair. Further, when asked directly they did not tell me that the stuff doesn’t dry and would be a hazard to my pet until washed out.
I am out all this money for something I can’t possibly use. They owe me a refund for this avoidable mistake on their part.
Person on phone worked very hard to reach out to the pharmacy to clarify miscommunications. Doctors and nurses, however, were very bad about reading and answering my questions.
It's a nightmare to get questions answered and actually get an order placed in its entirety. They still have left out part of my order!
Preferred solution: I’d like them to place the order for serum and oral vitamins they offered, but there is no way for me to place the order. They appear to have finally placed a partial order, forgetting the vitamins.

I called and messaged to have my meds moved ahead 2 weeks as I would be away for the holidays and the meds required refrigeration. Customer service moved the date which I saw in the app-GREAT.
They filled the script 5 days early so the meds sat in the delivery box in Florida for 5 days-NOT SO GREAT. I called and messaged again, the agent couldnt or wouldnt help me-I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold-hung up after an hour waiting.
REALLY NOT GREAT. My text was answered finally and the meds will be replaced promptly-FINALLY SATISFIED
This company is a massive fail
AI agree with other reviews. There is absolutely no way possible to contact them.
The online portal never gets answered. I have copies of text and messages that go unanswered for weeks. If you call the customer service, which you have to search for that number because its not available on the website anywhere, they just hang up on you.
The medical board as well as the PHARMACY boards should be closely looking at this company as they are not adhering to policies with medication involved. I will show you all of my conversations with them and how long it took for them to respond back to me and they never listen to me.
Never change the dose to be Correct.
None of it none of it and then charge me again for the new medication when I shouldve never been charged for new medication because the old medication was the wrong dose And the new medication is the wrong dose. And I hope that hers.com understands that Im gonna be posting all of these messages everywhere I can possibly post them so that people understand not to use this company.

If I would have been able to do the 168 month for weight loss I would of done it i myself cant come up with 1900 up front.

I threw the box away thinking the alcohol wipes/syringe box had the ozempic vial in it and put it in the refrigerator.

Correct any problems and make sure that the appointments get opened and used I did it twice for my wife already and both times they it stopped and got stuck in and didn't finish I rescheduled it but the date is is actually ridiculous it was for the the 27th and now I got to wait till February 10th this will not do you have to make sure that your technology is up the par so that we don't have a website called pissed customer
